...lets just say when I was working at camp this past summer they gave us the day off right after the book came out and nobody could find me after I got my copy. I was very happy that day. I had my A&W root beer, some doritos, a fire in the fire place, and a book i had been waiting for for what seems like forever!

Same here, I was not to be found for about two days after I got a copy. I read almost without stop for nearly the whole weekend. I was very glad that the book was released after the end of the semester so I didn't have to worry about pesky things like classes and homework.

I just started reading the books, and I've never been a huge fan of the films, but I've recently started getting into it. I'm semi-obsessed, I'd say. I love Snape/Alan Rickman, love the fanfiction, and can't wait for the new film!

I love the books I can't wait for the new film to come out even though there have been rumors about it being crap. I don't really care XD I'll watch it anyways. I hope it doesn't come out when I have anything massive due at school cause that would blow.

My 8 year old daughter has just gotten over her high school musical obsession (thank you GOD!) and is now starting an HP obsession.
Much better in my estimation!
We saw the new one together - you must forgive me, I have no memory for film names, and I never read the books, I don't have enough time left in my life to start them right now either - but we loved the latest one.
I can see where Loonie gets her obsessions with the twins tho! ;)
Had to cover Becky's eyes when the skinny white creatures were climbing out of the water bit tho, she'd have been climbing in our bed for weeks if she'd have watched that bit! lol
